Crabb – Moore Wedding Rehearsal | Beaufort, SC Photographer
April 23, 2010I had such a wonderful time at Lindsey and John’s wedding rehearsal and dinner last month! They are a lovely couple and I couldn’t help but enjoy myself! Lindsey wanted to surprise John with a gift that evening and she wanted to document his reaction, without him knowing it. So, I was all stalker-azzi, shooting through a window, that looked out onto the porch where they sat! *L* I was so scared John was going to see me and wonder what in the heck was going on!! *L* But, we pulled it off and had a great time. He loved his gift (and I HAVE to say… it was GORGEOUS!!!! Fantastic idea, Lindsey! I know how much he enjoyed it!!) ;) They were married at a beautiful little chapel at Palmetto Bluff and the rehearsal dinner was at Harold’s Country Club – soooo cool! *L* It was like eating a fantastic steak dinner in the middle of a garage sale! Random stuff piled up everywhere… a neat little country store that cooks up a great meal. I definitely recommend it! Harold’s is an experience that must be had! ;)
Lindsey and John – thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so patient and understanding this past month!! I do apologize a thousand times for taking so long to get your images to you! Life just got in the way! But, I wish you both the best and I hope you enjoy!
Jennifer and DeWayne were married at the historic Eliza Thompson House in downtown Savannah, in a perfectly lovely, intimate ceremony and I feel so blessed that I got to be apart of it! :) They chose Savannah as the perfect backdrop for their romantic day and our beautiful city didn’t disappoint in the least! From what I hear, Jennifer and DeWayne fell in love with downtown and will certainly be visiting again. :)
When I arrived at the Eliza Thompson House, I saw a dapper looking fella on the front porch and the first thing I noticed was his awesome shoes!! I thought to myself, “SCORE!” *L* Anyone who knows me, knows I get a kick out of shoe shots and I was so tickled! When I met Jennifer, she was rockin a bathrobe and hair curlers and look GORGEOUS already – so I knew she would make a stunning bride! :) We got some ‘getting ready’ shots in her room b/f heading down to the courtyard for the ceremony. :) Afterward, we strolled the two blocks to Forsyth Park before heading town to River Street to round things out. :)
Jennifer and DeWayne – thank you so much for the opportunity to be a small part of your special day and I hope you enjoy! It was such a pleasure!
*WARNING* Super long post! *L* I couldn’t narrow it down!!! Yikes!!
Stunning. Jennifer – you ARE STUNNING!! :)
See?! Told ya!! Absolutely lovely!
Couldn’t ask for a nicer or a cuter couple! :)
We go so lucky with this beautiful bike! There was a couple of girls hanging out in the park and I saw their blue bikes!! I freaked!!! I ran over to them and begged to borrow their bike for a few shots. I’m sure they thought I was a lunatic, but c’mon! How could I resist! :)
Anna called me this past weekend because she was looking for a generous photographer who would shoot her family’s Easter portraits on short notice and I was her girl! :) It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Forsyth Park and I got to meet a lovely family – who would have said no?! *L*
Just a quick sneak peek of this beautiful family! More to come soon!
I had the amazing opportunity to shoot Lindsey and John’s wedding rehearsal and dinner a couple of weeks ago and I feel so lucky! Truly beautiful couple, breathtaking location, quaint little chapel, unbelievably blue sky and a family who made me feel so welcome. I had a wonderful time and I can’t wait to share more with you guys later!! :)
