What an afternoon!  Yesterday I made the short drive over to Lyons, GA to photograph a beautiful 8 mo old girl – Ms. Kinsey Reese.  Her mother, Rachel, and I are cousins and I photographed her wedding a couple of years ago.  Kinsey is the first addition to their family and oh, so adorable!  She has the prettiest blue eyes and a head full of hair.  The only way we could get her to smile was to clap our hands and cheer and she would join in – it was so cute!  I’m so proud of Rachel and what she’s accomplished in her life so far and I can’t wait to watch this little one grow! 

We went out to JJ’s papa’s house for the session and his dog, Midget kept following us around.  Couldn’t help but snap a few of her! 

My best friend, Jamie, and I sort of played hooky yesterday and headed off to Savannah to do a little shopping and hang out downtown.  She’s used to my camera being permanently attached to my body and didn’t object when I grabbed a few shots of her.  That’s my James!  Always willing to do any and everything – hiking through a snake infested fields, climbing brick walls and jumping off them, rolling around in a mud puddles… and that’s the tame stuff. *L*  She’s been with me since I started getting interested in photography and continues to be one of my biggest cheerleaders…  hmmm… Jamie in a cheerleading outfit…  could be another idea for a shoot, James!  What ya think?!  *L*  ;)
